Shipping Policy

• After the order is placed, it will take 1-2 business days to be processed. 
• Unless specified, all orders will be shipped through ground shipping within the US and can take 3-5 Business Days. Expedited shipping is available if needed. We offer 2 Day and overnight shipping at an additional cost. Tracking information will be provided once the order leaves the shipping facility.

Refund Policy

• ​We do NOT offer any refunds or exchanges. Once the order is shipped Amour Hair is not responsible for any damaged or stolen items.
